We inform you that the website ediccio.ai (hereinafter, the “Website”) is owned by EDICCIO DIGITAL PUBLISHING S.L., a single-member limited liability company (hereinafter, “EDICCIO”), with the following identifying details:

EDICCIO provides customer-profile infrastructure for software teams: a service that builds structured customer profiles from the conversations a business already has and exposes them to that business’s own AI agents and systems (hereinafter, the “Service”).

This Legal Notice governs access to and general use of the Website. Access to and use of the Service, including the Customer Panel available at app.ediccio.ai, is governed by the contractual terms applicable in each case, including the “Terms of Service” available at ediccio.ai/terms and, where applicable, the specific agreements entered into with EDICCIO.

Accessing and/or using the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice from the moment of that access and/or use.

2. Use of the Website

The User is responsible for the use of the Website. The Website gives access to corporate and commercial information about EDICCIO and the Service, as well as to texts, graphics, designs, photographs, multimedia content, technical documentation, demonstrations, information on features and prices and other information (hereinafter, the “Content”) belonging to EDICCIO or to third parties.

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Content and features available through the Website and, by way of example and without limitation, not to use them to:

Engage in unlawful or illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
Cause damage to the physical or logical systems of the Website, of EDICCIO, of its suppliers or of third parties.
Introduce or spread, on the network, computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing damage.
Attempt to access, use, extract or manipulate without authorisation data belonging to EDICCIO, its suppliers, other Users or third parties.

The general information, documentation, examples and demonstrations available on the Website are informative and illustrative. In particular, demonstrations or examples of how the Service works do not constitute a guarantee of specific features, availability or results, which are governed by the contractual terms and documentation applicable to the Service in each case.

EDICCIO gives notice that the Service is offered exclusively to companies and professionals acting within their business or professional activity, and not to consumers.

Where the Website shows prices for the Service, they are understood to exclude VAT and other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

EDICCIO may temporarily suspend access to the Website, without prior notice, for maintenance, repair, update or improvement work.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the Content and the design of the Website, including, by way of example, texts, images, photographs, illustrations, videos, graphic elements, trademarks, logos, structure, design and the other elements that make it up, are owned by EDICCIO or by third parties who have formally authorised their use.

Therefore, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, approving the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Act, and Law 17/2001 of 7 December on Trademarks, as well as any other applicable legislation on intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, making available or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or modification of all or part of the Content of the Website is prohibited, except with the prior and express authorisation of EDICCIO or of the relevant rights holder.

EDICCIO grants no licence or authorisation to use any of its intellectual or industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the Website or its Content, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The User undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of EDICCIO and of third parties. The reproduction and temporary storage of the Content of the Website is permitted insofar as it is strictly necessary for its use and viewing from a personal device.

4. Data protection

Use of the Website may involve the processing of the User’s personal data. EDICCIO processes such data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and with its Privacy Policy, which details, among other matters, the purposes of the processing, the legal bases, the recipients, international transfers, retention periods and the Users’ rights.

5. Liability and Warranties

EDICCIO has adopted technical and organisational measures aimed at ensuring the proper functioning and security of the Website and at reducing the risks that may affect Users’ computer systems.

However, EDICCIO cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the total absence of errors in accessing the Website and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for:

the lack of continuity and availability of the Content or of the Website;
the presence of errors in that Content or the failure to correct any defects that may exist;
the interruption of the operation of the Website or computer failures, disconnections, delays or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads in the Internet, data centres, communication networks or other electronic systems;
the presence of viruses, malicious programs or other harmful components introduced by third parties;
damage caused by third parties who infringe or breach the security systems of the Website;

EDICCIO does not guarantee that the general information published on the Website is permanently up to date; it may be modified, replaced or updated at any time.

The information about the Service published on the Website does not replace the contractual terms, technical documentation or other specific documentation applicable to the Service in each case.

6. Duration and modification

This Legal Notice remains in force indefinitely. EDICCIO may modify its terms, which take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.

EDICCIO may modify, update, replace or remove the Content and features available on the Website, as well as the way in which they are located or presented.

Accessing and/or using the Website implies acceptance of the Legal Notice and of the terms published at the time the User accesses the Website, including, where applicable, any modifications made.

The Website may include links to third-party applications, websites, platforms, resources, content or services over which EDICCIO has no control.

EDICCIO is not responsible for the information, content, services or terms available through those third parties, nor for any effects that may arise from accessing them.

The inclusion of links to third-party websites, applications or platforms does not imply EDICCIO’s approval of their content or the existence of any association between EDICCIO and their owners.

The User accesses those websites, applications, platforms or services at their own responsibility and in accordance with the terms applicable in each case.

8. Severability and interpretation

This Legal Notice governs the relationship between Users and EDICCIO regarding access to and general use of the Website.

If the competent authority declares a provision of this Legal Notice illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that declaration does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

The fact that EDICCIO does not demand strict compliance with any of the provisions of this Legal Notice does not constitute, and may not be interpreted as, a waiver of the right to demand compliance in the future.

EDICCIO may take the appropriate measures against any breach of this Legal Notice or any improper use of the Website, including exercising the actions available to it under the law.
