Ediccio Digital Publishing SL ("Ediccio", "we", "us", "our") is a company based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain. We provide customer-profile infrastructure for software teams: a service that builds structured customer profiles from the conversations a business already has, and exposes them to that business's own AI agents and systems (the "Service"). For any question about these terms, write toprivacy@ediccio.ai.
These terms govern your use of the ediccio.ai website and your use of the Service during its early-access phase. By using the website or the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" means the organisation.
If you or your organisation enters a separate written agreement with us (for example a services agreement or a data-processing agreement), that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict. The Service is offered exclusively to businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade, business, or profession, not to consumers.
The Service is currently in a private early-access phase. In these terms, "early access" covers any beta, private beta, preview, pilot, or evaluation phase of the Service. Access is granted at our discretion, per organisation, and may be waitlisted. During this phase the Service is provided for evaluation, and you should not rely on it for production workloads. In particular:
You agree to provide accurate information when you request access and to keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all use of the Service under them. Credentials are issued per organisation and must not be shared outside it. You can rotate or revoke credentials from your dashboard at any time. If you suspect a credential has been compromised, revoke it and tell us atsecurity@ediccio.ai.
When using the website or the Service, you must not:
We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches this section, or that creates a security or legal risk, and will restore it when the risk is resolved.
Early access may be free or paid. Where your plan has a fee: paid plans are billed in advance for each billing cycle (the monthly or annual period of your plan) and are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or these terms state otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing cycles, unless either party gives notice of non-renewal before the renewal date. We may change plan prices with notice, effective from the first renewal that falls at least 30 days after the notice. If we discontinue the Service or the early-access phase, or terminate these terms other than for your material breach, we refund the prepaid fees for the unused part of your billing cycle pro rata.
Fees exclude VAT/IVA and other applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. We may suspend the Service for amounts that remain unpaid 15 days after we notify you. Promotional pricing, including founding-customer discounts, applies for the stated period and reverts to the then-current list price afterwards.
You own the data you send to the Service and the profiles built from it for you. You grant us the rights needed to process that data to provide the Service, and for nothing else. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and for giving any required notices to the people whose data you send us.
You represent and warrant that you have given all required notices and obtained all consents required by applicable law, including call-recording and wiretap laws, to record, transcribe, and submit conversations to the Service.
For personal data in what you send us, we act as your processor under a data-processing agreement, available on request atprivacy@ediccio.ai. How we handle personal data when we act as a controller (this website, your account) is described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, we delete the data you sent to the Service within the timelines in the applicable data-processing agreement, and the account data we hold as a controller as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service produces automatically generated inferences and summaries from your data ("outputs"), with confidence indicators where available. Outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for your internal business use and are not professional advice. You are responsible for human review of outputs before using them in any decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
The Service, the website, and everything in them that is not your data (software, design, documentation, branding) belong to Ediccio or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes while these terms apply. No other rights are granted.
If you give us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use them to improve the Service, without obligation or compensation. Feedback remains yours; we do not take ownership of it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and beyond what section 3 states for early access, the website and the Service are provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 euros if you have paid us nothing.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may terminate these terms, or suspend access, if you materially breach them and do not cure the breach within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where the breach creates a security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (including sections 7 to 11) survive termination.
We may update these terms, for example when the Service changes or the law does. The last-updated date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Where a change is material, we will give notice before it takes effect through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to another forum.
